In 2000 we worked as industrial design engineers in the US and where in desperate need for a simple but robust way to track our time and costs. We tried several existing systems but they failed to impress due to a poor interface, providing too little features or overloading us with options and functions.

It is well known that designers are usually very poor with keeping their administration up to date. Only the simplest interface would persuade our team to enter time and costs on a daily basis. So we decided to build just such a system. One that is very easy to use and still provide management with all the critical progress information on each project, employee and division.

Now, a couple of years down the track, this system has matured and grown to a robust time, cost and project tracking system. Users in five continents and numerous industries use JS Portal to streamline their business administration. Through carefully listening to our clients we are constantly improving the application. This minimizes the time spent tracking activities, yet provides powerful feedback and reports. We are convinced this system can contribute to any consultancy out there.
